Who we are

Jompancing (jompancing.my) is a Malaysia fishing community platform. We help anglers share spots, join activities, and connect on gear listings.

Information we collect

Account info (name, email, profile photo via Google or email sign-in), content you post (spots, photos, forum posts, comments, marketplace listings, activities), and approximate location when you choose GPS features.

How we use it

To run the service: show your posts to other users, keep you signed in, improve maps and search, and prevent abuse. We do not sell your personal data.

Third parties

We use Supabase (database & auth), Vercel (hosting), and Google (Maps & address search). WhatsApp contact for marketplace and activities happens off-platform between users.

Your choices

You can delete spots you own, sign out anytime, or contact us to request account deletion. Guest (anonymous) spot posts still create a temporary auth session to upload photos.
