By using Jompancing you agree to these terms. If you disagree, please do not use the site.

Your content

You keep ownership of photos and text you post. You grant us a licence to display and share them on the platform so other anglers can see them. Do not post illegal content, private property trespass encouragement, or others' photos without permission.

Community conduct

Be respectful. No harassment, spam, scams, or false spot information. We may remove content or suspend accounts that break these rules.

Marketplace & activities

Buy/sell and event listings are user-generated. COD and meet-ups are between users — Jompancing is not a party to those transactions and is not responsible for disputes, injuries, or losses.

Fishing & safety

Fishing involves risk. Check local laws, licences, and weather. Spot locations are user-submitted and may be inaccurate. You are responsible for your own safety.
